School starts soon.

I had to enroll in a new class today since one class was cancelled due to low enrollment. When i signed up for the new one I found that the teacher was not a good one and that he is very full of himself. The advisor told me I was better off since no one liked him. the new teacher is actually very wonderful. So I am excited about the new class. It truly amazes me how things seem to work out. I am getting ready for Court on Tuesday and was stressed about that and school. Now I am comfortable about going ahead with classes and getting ready for court. I know everything will work out great. Hopefully this will be the end and the Judge will finally tell him enough is enough. No more filings of anymore petitions for custody.

Also wanted to wish little Clara and Penelope speedy recovery. They both have been very ill with RSV. They and their families are in our thoughts and prayers.

The Beach Monkey

We are staying at Corolla Beach for New Year's with extended family members. It has been lots of fun. We had to leave Meagan at home since she plays varsity bball. She has three games this week and could not come because she signed a contract to not miss any games. It has been fun but one family member likes to pick on the kids. I don't think she even realizes what she is doing. Just little nitpicky things too. Oh well. It has been fun. The kids have enjoyed going to the beach and playing. Emma found a dead jellyfish and brought that back to the house. She has really enjoyed the beach. I am not a sun person but my kids sure are. We are going to the Horse Museum at Corolla tomorrow. That should be fun.

I hope everyone had a safe and Happy New Year. I cannot believe it is already 2009. The year 2008 has gone by too quickly. I guess when we get home the holiday will end. Unfortunately too soon. Well that's all for now. See you soon. Nicole

School's over for the semester!

Well I finally finished school for the semester. Met with my Teacher and showed her my PowerPoint Presentation. I passed with a 100 and for my final grade for the Semester I passed with a 98. I made the "A" list. I have enjoyed going to school and even signed up for 3 more classes next semester. I feel like I have accomplished a lot with just this one class. It was lots of fun.. I am very proud of myself. Is that wrong to be proud of oneself for passing a class? Any comments?

The Ordeal of Black Friday!

Well, I lived through the Black Friday event at Jc Penney. People were lined up at the door before 3:30 am. I started at 4:00 am an we were going non stop till I left at 2;00 pm. Totally crazy out there. Did anyone go shopping early today? How was the experience? I heard a lot of complaints about the service at Wally World. They did not have enough of the doorbuster items. But, I guess that is what happens when everyone wants the same thing. Hope you all had a Wonderful Thanksgiving. Now the Christmas season has offically started for us. Bye All!

Highlight of the Night

Meagan played a wonderful game of basketball tonight. Her first time as a Varsity Bball player. I am so proud of her. She did not think she would make the team but, she is doing an awesome job!! Way to go Meagan!! You go Girl!!!! She has waited four loooooong years to play bball again.

Twilight the Movie

Well friday night I took my girls and Ian to see "Twilight" the movie. I dropped them off and went home with gabbie and Emma to watch TV. They went to the late one and it got out at 12:19 am. I am still tired. I could not go to sleep or I would not hear the phone ring when they were done. I am too old to pull all nighters anymore. But they had a wonderful time so I guess that is all that matters. Hope everyone else enjoyed it too. Though I did talk with Kandy and she said there was one part left out that should have been in the movie. I guess I will have to read the books after Ian finishes them so I know what everyone is talking about.

Christmas in the Store

Well, I had to work very late tonight since it was our VIP night at Penney's. I am so not into Christmas yet. I cannot believe the music is already playing and the store is all dressed up. People were spending lots of money today on gifts for Christmas. I don't want the Christmas feeling to start till Thanksgiving is over. But, it seems like every year it starts earlier and earlier. I would love to KNOW what everyone else thinks about the subject. Please let me know what you think.

Also just to give you a heads up, Penney's is opening at 4:00 am the day after Thanksgiving and I will be there to assist you. So have fun shopping and come see me and say hello.
