Hello All!
Well we waited at the court for 2 1/2 hours for just ten minutes with the Judge. The other parties attorney was not coming so the Judge gave us a new date. Court will be continued till January. Every time that we have court his attorney will fax a letter to say there is a conflict and ask for a continuance. I spoke up and told the Judge that I wanted the case heard now!!!! He did not like the fact the the attorney was not there. So he decided to give the children a Guardian Ad Litem. That means their own attorney. So I got the news today that it is their previous one so i am very happy. She listens to what the kids tell her and that is wonderful. So please wish us luck in January that this will finally be the end...
Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. It never gets easier going into court time after time but i felt very relaxed so I know that there were Angels watching over all of us.

Well at least SOMETHING good happened from the experience! I wish this could be over for you and your kids. I am so sorry for you guys! But you're handling it great and you have loads of people who love you. Good luck in January! :)
